This multimedia sculpture, stands as both memorial and rebirth. The day of my father’s passing of lung's failure during Covid 19 became the moment my inquiry into addiction, mortality, and redemption reached its resolution. Through that loss, I created this piece and found clarity—the transformation of grief into understanding.
Sculpture
My recent works, composed of plastic artifacts and technological projections that mimic breathing and movement, or how humans had shaped the earth; visualized this paradox of artificial vitality.
Over time, my art transformed from confrontation to reconciliation.
In this phase, my palette shifted from plastic opacity to watercolor transparency. I started to see my natural surroundings not as background, but as revelation—light, air, and freedom. My practice continues to hold this tension: between the artificial and the organic, the wounded and the restored, the seen and the unseen.
